Lauretta brings 31 years of experience in social services, including residential treatment services, homelessness and mental health social work services. Currently, as call center director, she ensures that our call center is outfitted with the necessary properties to complete daily tasks while overseeing all hiring of research assistants. Lauretta directs day to day operations in the center by setting goals, scheduling any necessary meetings and/or orientations, and ensuring that calls are being performed professionally. In between data collection projects, Lauretta also disseminates tasks for the RAs. During the conference season, she coordinates roles for conference staff and RAs.
