The Office of Research and Organizational Development (OROD) works with a variety of stakeholders including private and public entities. A key tenant of OROD’s mission is to support Organizational Development using evidenced-based research and evaluation methods. OROD works closely with partners to ensure that each research, evaluation, or other capacity development endeavor is tailored to meet the specific needs of each partner. OROD values and supports a collaborative environment.
