Paul has over ten years of experience managing long term projects and personnel. As a network manager, he oversaw the completion of several multi-year projects while maintaining day to day operations. While studying at Clemson, Paul examined factors that impact sense of belonging for participants in certain recreation activities. Following graduation, Paul transitioned to OROD in 2019. He now utilizes his experience with project management and his love of social sciences to manage research projects.
