Rachel Timmons is a graduate of Francis Marion University where she double majored in history and political science. As the call center manager, Rachel maintains the daily operations of the call center. She leads and encourages the research assistants as we interview participants to collect data for our various study projects. Rachel applies her customer service skills when speaking with participants and meeting client expectations. She enjoys research because of the opportunity to learn about the who, what, and why of a variety of information. Her greatest desire is to help people, which is the ultimate goal of our health and human services studies. Her detailed personality helps with her other duties, including managing OROD’s property and inventory.
